To train alone

Advantages:
1) Complete freedom and flexibility in choosing tracks, exercises and training time.
2) Your attention is less distracted and you can focus only on your tasks and goals.
3) You spend your time more efficiently because there is no communication.
4) Can “turn inward” and reach the “here and now” moment.
 Disadvantages:
1) Depriving yourself of the opportunity to learn from others.
2) Climbing can be more fun in company.
3) Support may be lacking.

Training with a coach

Advantages:
1) The coach gives useful advice tailored to your needs and climbing level.
2) The trainer helps to work in a balanced way with both strengths and weaknesses.
3) The coach motivates and corrects when things do not go according to plan.
4) You make progress faster.
5) The trainer adjusts your technique, movements and supervises safety.
 Disadvantages:

2) Schedules need to be coordinated.

Training with friends

2) Friends will support and advise.

1) your climbing level may be different and therefore the same routes and tasks are not suitable for you.
2) Socializing can distract from training.
3) In rare cases, conflicts or unhealthy competition may arise.
