Women climb

A ‘Women Climb’ program offers a supportive and inclusive environment. This structured 4-session climbing program, led by women for women, will empower you to develop fundamental climbing techniques, understand climbing protocols, and gain insights into training tailored to the female cycle.

Each 100-minute session is well-balanced to comprehensively address your specific needs as a female climber.

Does an experienced amateur climber do more pull-ups than a beginner? Not necessarily.

An experienced amateur sees routes and holds differently, prepares for a climbing attempt in a unique way, and thinks with a distinct perspective.

In our 4-seesion climbing program for beginners you will:

  • acquire basic climbing moves and techniques;
  • understand how to “read” routes;
  • learn climbing specific strength and conditioning exercises;
  • push your limits;
  • ask questions and get answers;
  • engage in conversations, participate in knowledge-sharing activities, and embrace a growth mindset.

Climb like a pro

If you’re not aspiring to become a professional climber but are ambitious about your climbing goals and want to become stronger, then this program is designed for you.

In a 4-session climbing program, you’ll learn to:

  • move more efficiently on the wall and use your legs properly when climbing;
  • increase the diversity of the climbing experience;
  • set climbing goals and achieve them (even when your life is upside down);
  • properly prepare for a climbing session or your ultimate climb.

Mountaineering basics course

Whether you’re preparing for your first trip to the mountains or looking to brush up on your skills, this training program will equip you with new knowledge, practical experience, and the physical fitness needed to prepare for a mountain expedition.

In the 8 session program, you will:

  • acquire the basics of mountain travel techniques;
  • learn fundamental mountaineering knots and understand their application for various tasks;
  • familiarize yourself with basic verbal commands used in mountain environments;
  • master different methods of ascending and descending with a rope;
  • practice setting up stations, ensuring safety, and implementing self-protection measures;
  • develop the ability to move in connection with a rolling safety;
  • apply acquired skills and knowledge while navigating a vertical wall;
  • gain a theoretical understanding of mountaineering principles, including risk assessment, route planning, and mountain safety;
  • test your knowledge and skills in conditions closely resembling real-life scenarios.

  • all necessary technical equipment, including ropes and safety gear (participants are encouraged to bring their own if available);

Transformative program “Higher”

The program is centered around four key aspects of health: emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, and bio-individuality.

In the 12 session program, you will:

  • understand your eating habits and discover what changes are needed;
  • receive techniques for stress management and increasing stress resistance;
  • get to know the basics of climbing and learn to move vertically;
  • improve your physical fitness and strengthen your body;
  • get to know your behavioral characteristics better with the DISC personality profile;
  • receive professional advice at every stage of the program;
