Climbing session in a small group (up to 4 persons)

If you want a consistent approach to climbing and you want to progress faster, a small group climbing session is for you. By gathering a group of friends and booking a time, you choose who you climb with.

In a small group, the instructor or trainer adapts to the level and abilities of the specific group and gives more individual attention to each one.

Individual climbing session (up to 2 persons)

It is a personalized and focused training experience that is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the climber. During an individual climbing session, the climber works closely with a coach who provides one-on-one instruction, guidance, and support.

Our instructors and trainers are equipped with sufficient experience and techniques bagage to serve to all levels of climbers – from beginners to pro.

Individual 4 week training plan

Fabrique spaces are designed so that you can freely combine all your activities and exercise at your desired time in your unique way.

If you want to achieve your climbing or fitness goals, regardless of daily difficulties (business trips, long meetings, unexpected work load), an individual training plan is your number 1 helper.

You will get:

  • a plan with 2-4 different workouts for each week – climbing, mobility and fitness;
  • described exercise sequence, amount and method of performance;
  • online feedback, corrections and advice.

You will also get:

  • gear for each session.

Community instructor

Community instructors are individuals for whom climbing is not their daily job. They create, program, teach, direct operas, and climb in their free time. Climbing is their life passion, and they want to share this passion with others.

A session with a community instructor includes:

  • Warm up
  • Safety briefing
  • Presentation of climbing techniques
  • Routes climbing
  • Discussion of nuances
  • Climbing storytelling with the cup of tea

You will also get:

Climbing fitness test

To act purposefully, one must be aware of both the starting point and the final goal. The same principle applies to climbing. The Climbing Fitness Test is a comprehensive examination of your general physical and specific abilities, providing conclusions based on numbers.
